I spearheaded a project leveraging our existing art assets in response to the "Open to Buy" plan with a rapid production timeline. Despite a tight deadline, the entire collection was curated by recoloring the existing art assets to align with the trend color palette. Using the NED Graphic program, I seamlessly created pattern repeats. Remarkably, from inception to color separation technical packs for the factory, the project was completed within a tight 3-day timeframe. The success of this expedited collection was evident as it found application across multiple departments, including Cotton Quilts, Apparel, and Home Textiles.
